You’ve made several attempts over the years to stick to a healthy eating regime and after a few weeks you eventually slide back to your old patterns. You know in your heart you want to eat well, but just can’t see to maintain a healthy diet.
You might even have completed some sort of training in nutrition and have all the information yet you STILL fall back into unhealthy patterns. This was me. Don’t be too hard on yourself. Changing what you eat on a daily basis is a BIG goal. These are deeply engrained habits that we have been practising for years, and so it goes without saying that it won’t be without challenges.
However, the pay offs are huge and it’s an investment I would encourage everyone to make. I know, in my own journey I made the most consistent progress when I was being held accountable on a weekly basis and had support to guide me through the inevitable challenges.
