About me

Hi I’m Mandip. I have worked as a pharmacist for over a decade and this has given me a great insight into how we treat illness and look after patients with different health issues in this country.

While there is much to be grateful for, there are certain areas where we could do so much more for our patients.

The way we manage long term health conditions like diabetes and heart disease is an example of an area where there is lots of room for improvement.

My worry is that we rely too much on taking medication to feel better and there’s not enough education and support for things like changing what people eat and how much exercise they do. These are things that can make a huge difference to a persons health condition and overall wellbeing.

This creates a situation where you have people that are sicker than they should be.

Pills carry side effects and the necessary lifestyle changes that could possibly slow down, improve or reverse their conditions are just not made.

This issue has bothered me for a long time, but I carried on with my regular pharmacist job anyway as I didn’t see any other option at the time. As time has gone on it’s become harder to ignore the inner pull to help people in a different way. I’ve always been drawn to stories of people who have healed or improved their health issues through more holistic approaches like changing their diet.

I started to do my own research into alternative ways of healing and managing illness. I was really interested in finding out more about how the food we eat can impact our health and so I decided to do a nutritional coaching program which really opened my eyes to the healing power of food.

At the same time I have struggled with my own health issues and have tried the usual treatments available to us all via our GP’s as well other holistic ways of healing. I have made big shifts in my own health and life and so I have first-hand experience of the making the changes I speak about and plan to continue to practice what I preach.

What I’ve come to realise over the last decade is that our bodies have an immense innate capacity for healing which we have overlooked.

Making diet and lifestyle changes are some of the ways of tapping into this potential.

People stay stuck in old habits because we believe that change is hard and we also believe we don’t have the time.

I am here to say it doesn’t have to be as hard as you think and that you can start with small changes that you can fit into your life.

That’s why I’m here.

Let me use everything I’ve learned to show you how to move forward with confidence and live the healthiest and happiest life possible for you.

My specialities include...

Building Healthy Food habits for life

I help people finally get off the rollercoaster that is yo-yo dieting once and for all.

I help you to make peace with food.

You will learn how to bring healthy nourishing food into your life consistently and sustainably in a way that works for you.

This means getting to a place where healthy eating becomes a natural way of life instead of another restrictive diet plan.

Helping people take back control of their health

As a pharmacist, I have spoken with hundreds of patients who seem stuck in an endless cycle of taking prescription medication, doctors visits and being defined by their health problems.

The quality of life of these people is far below what they deserve.

I believe that there is a much better approach to healthcare. One that involves making lifestyle and nutrition changes to drastically improve your health and wellbeing and rely less heavily on taking medication.

Improve Mental & Emotional Wellbeing

I have personally experienced about the powerful connection between the food you eat and the state of your mental and emotional wellbeing.

We have a tendency to assume our mental health issues are caused by past trauma or inherited from our parents.

These can both play a part (as well as many other factors) but diet is an overlooked but crucial part of gaining back a sense of wellbeing.

Those Who Prioritise Will Get The Best Results

Take a moment to reflect. Over the last week, how much time and effort did you put into thinking and planning what you would eat for the next 1-7 days. If you’re anything like I was and many of the people I know, very little. In fact, we spend more time planning and...

There’s no magic pill that will cure you
